The Datil Pepper

Datil peppers are cultivated throughout the United States and elsewhere, but the majority are produced in St. Augustine, Florida, where they have been traditionally cultivated for roughly 230 years. The Datil pepper requires a very specific climate, which is why it is predominately grown in the St. Augustine area. They combine a unique blend of heat and sweetness, thus giving them the potential to be used with almost any dish.
